Terms of Service

Costoma provides AI agents that answer calls, messages and web chat on behalf of a business, and that complete tasks such as booking appointments, following up on payments and updating customer records. These terms govern your use of it.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff and by the agents you configure.

You keep ownership of the material you upload — your knowledge base, your customer records, your calendar. You grant Costoma the permissions needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to provide that material and for telling your own customers that an AI agent is handling their enquiry where the law requires it.

When you connect a third-party account such as Google Calendar, you authorise Costoma to act on it within the permissions you granted. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes that access.

Do not use Costoma to break the law, to send messages the recipient has not consented to receive, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt to interfere with the service.

We aim to keep Costoma available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. Non-payment may suspend the service.

You may stop using Costoma at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted.

Costoma is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Continuing to use Costoma after a change accepts it.
